About AudensielAs an international player in digital transformation and business consulting, the Audensiel Group supports clients across all industries in areas such as:Digital Transformation: managing transformation projects, Agile project leadership, PMO/AMOA, application development, and testing.IT & Business Consulting: advising IT departments and business units, with a strong focus on Banking, Insurance, and the Pharmaceutical Industry.IoT: leveraging and processing connected device data within complex interconnected systems.Data & AI: designing and developing Big Data solutions, DevOps practices, and Artificial Intelligence tools.Cybersecurity: auditing and managing projects to secure systems and sensitive data.Cloud & DevOps: supporting projects across strategy, governance, architecture, development, and DevOps implementation.Our subsidiary Cream Consulting is recruiting in Brussels, Belgium.Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public sector, and transportation.As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Product Owner to join an Agile team within one of our banking clients and help maximize product value while ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.Your MissionAs a Product Owner, you will:Maximize product value and ensure successful delivery within an Agile environmentCollaborate closely with the Scrum Master and cross-functional teamsEnsure alignment between business needs, technical teams, and regulatory requirementsFacilitate clear communication of goals, priorities, and expectationsResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Sprints in collaboration with the Scrum MasterDefine, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value and regulatory constraintsEnsure the Product Backlog is transparent and understandable for all stakeholdersCoordinate the team and keep the backlog structured and up-to-dateWrite clear, actionable user storiesOptimize team performance and deliveryCollaborate closely with technical and business teams in a highly regulated banking environmentProfileMaster's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in banking, financial services, or insuranceStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in French or Dutch (good knowledge of the other language is an asset) and EnglishExperience working in a regulated environment is a strong plusRecruitment ProcessPhone interview with a recruiterInterview(s) with a Business ManagerClient presentationStart of the mission in a stimulating and demanding environmentAudensiel is committed to fighting discrimination and promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
