Mission Context The role focuses on supporting the new Credits cluster within the CCE-Enterprises tribe. The Cluster Scrum Master facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring a smooth environment for the tribe to deliver on its objectives. By fostering Agile practices and coaching teams, the Tribe Scrum Master helps squads self-organize and improve continuously. Your Responsibilities Cluster Delivery & Coaching Take the delivery owner role for features where the cluster is in the lead. Coach squads within the cluster on delivery-related topics and Agile practices. Foster collaboration with other clusters in the Risk & Credits tribe, particularly with their Cluster Scrum Masters. Facilitation & Continuous Improvement Support the tribe in achieving its goals by removing obstacles and promoting cross-team collaboration. Encourage self-organization and Agile maturity within squads. Facilitate retrospectives, planning, and other Scrum ceremonies to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a key point of contact between squads and business stakeholders. Resolve conflicts of interest and dependencies between squads or tribes. Provide a helicopter view of interdependencies to anticipate and address potential issues. Your Profile Experience & Knowledge Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery, preferably in a scaled Agile context. Banking experience is mandatory; experience with credits or channel-related projects is a plus. Experience in distributed development environments is an advantage. Education & Certification Master's degree or equivalent by experience. Certification in Agile methodologies or delivery is a plus. Languages Fluent in English, with active knowledge of at least one local language (Dutch or French) and passive knowledge of the other. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle complex conflicts between stakeholders. Strong influence to promote Agile delivery practices at the tribe level and beyond.
