Position: Senior Consolidation Consultant (EPM)Location: BelgiumType: Full-TimeA reputable enterprise performance management (EPM) consultancy is expanding its Belgian practice and is looking for a Senior Consolidation Consultant to play a key role in delivering complex financial consolidation and reporting solutions across Europe.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance systems professional experienced in consolidation processes and EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, or Tagetik, who's ready to take ownership of solution design and client delivery in a fast-growing, collaborative consultancy environment.Role OverviewYou'll lead the design and implementation of consolidation solutions that enable finance teams to streamline close cycles, improve transparency, and enhance reporting accuracy. This role blends deep finance process knowledge with hands-on system delivery, offering the chance to work across industries and with international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver EPM consolidation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live.Design and configure financial consolidation and reporting models aligned to client needs.Partner with finance leaders to optimise group reporting, eliminations, and intercompany processes.Ensure data integrity and seamless integration between EPM tools and source systems.Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across the delivery team.Contribute to methodology development and continuous improvement initiatives.Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience delivering consolidation or reporting solutions using EPM platforms (Board, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar).Strong grasp of financial close, consolidation, and statutory reporting processes.Experience in consulting or complex in-house finance transformation environments.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior client stakeholders.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams.What's on OfferCompetitive compensation and annual bonus.Hybrid model (3 days in Brussels office, 2 days WFH).Structured career progression and ongoing certification support.Exposure to cross-border projects with leading European clients.Supportive, quality-focused culture with a passion for innovation in EPM.To Apply: Please send your CV to a.okolo@hendersondrake.com For a confidential discussion, call +44 (0) 1603 327634
