Read more about the journey, process and opportunities below.The journey of a buy-in CEO includes: Shaping, evaluating and driving the company's vision and strategic growth opportunities. Taking on the daily management of the company. Driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives. Optimizing product and service offerings and improve brand positioning Identifying, managing and implementing impactful operational improvements, through automation, digitalization and operational excellence initiatives.Identify, assess and manage the integration of strategic expansion targets to acquire. Providing regular reports to the Companions team regarding the company's performance and vision, while seeking support when necessary. What does the ideal buy-in candidate look like?
