Freelance Product Master/Data Lead - S/4 Hana MigrationLocation: Belgium (Hybrid)Freelance EngagementDepartment: Global Supply ChainWe're currently supporting a leading Biopharma's supply chain function with a pivotal hire who will support their digital/operational transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.The Product Master/Data Lead will drive delivery across data, testing, cutover, hypercare and change activities within the companies supply chain transformation program. You'll act as the central orchestrator between Supply Chain, IT, Local Key Users and transformation leadership, ensuring structured execution and strong governance.This position suits an experienced workstream or project lead who understands Supply Chain in controlled/GxP environments and is comfortable driving large-scale transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Workstream Leadership & DeliveryLead teams across data migration, testing, training/documentation, user access, cutover and hypercare.Own planning of workstream deliverables, proactively resolving capacity or prioritisation constraints.Collaborate with technical and functional teams (Solution Integrator, IT, SMEs).Provide transparent status updates, contribute to broader Supply Chain reporting, and manage risks & issues.Stakeholder Engagement & GovernanceCoordinate Business Solution Experts, IT Solution Experts, Local Key Users and external contributors.Organise workshops, planning sessions, governance routines and decision-making forums.Drive change management activities and communication cascades across global and local Supply Chain teams.Ensure alignment across workstreams and strong integration with the UNITY core project team.Required Skills & Experience:Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes in GxP or other controlled environments.Proven experience leading projects or transformation workstreams.Practical experience with SAP (at least one domain).Strong communication skills for both technical & non-technical audiences.Stakeholder management excellence, with the ability to influence across global teams.Strong organisation, prioritisation and risk assessment capabilities.Resilient, proactive, and comfortable driving change in complex environments.Education: Bachelor's degree minimum.Interested in Discussing This Mission?
