Quotation Engineer

Bij SECO, het toonaangevende controlebureau in de bouwsector, draag je actief bij aan ons groeitraject, gebaseerd op "eXCellence".

Gezien de ontwikkeling van onze activiteiten, in onder andere duurzaamheid, surveying en wettelijke controles, wensen we ons tender team te versterken met een quotation engineer.

Jouw opdracht:

Als Quotation Engineer binnen het verkoopsteam, geef je vorm aan relevante technische en economische oplossingen voor onze partners, waarbij je duurzaamheid en sociale verantwoordelijkheid integreert in jouw voorstellen.

De Tender Manager betrekt je bij diverse en strategische activiteiten zoals:

  • Opvolging van leads (prospecten én toekomstige projecten) en tenders (openbare aanbestedingen)
  • Evaluatie van marktvragen, openbare en voor de private sector
  • Analyse van tenders - lastenboeken
  • Coördinatie van de voorbereiding van onze offertes in samenwerking met de key account managers en het operationele team
  • Opmaak en beheer van offertes en tender dossiers (prijszetting en technische onderbouw, inclusief administratieve bepalingen).
  • Beheer van de database met referenties.

Je draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van onze processen, zowel intern als met onze externe partners, vooral voor de private markt.

Jouw Profiel:


• Je hebt een master in Architectuur, Ingenieurs- of Handelswetenschappen.


• Je hebt een eerste ervaring als tender engineer achter de rug in één van de volgende sectoren: bouw, industrie, vastgoed of infrastructuur.


• Je denkt proactief en klantgericht.


• Je herkent patronen in dossiers en stelt de juiste oplossingen voor.


• Je beschikt over degelijke redactionele vaardigheden.


• Je bent gepassioneerd door innovatie, zoals de toepassing van AI.


• Je bent tweetalig Nederlands – Frans, kennis van Engels is een pluspunt


• Je kunt vlot overweg met Microsoft toepassingen; ervaring met "Office-suite" en "Power BI" is een plus.

Votre Mission :

En tant que Quotation Engineer au sein de l'équipe Ventes, vous définissez des solutions pertinentes tant du point de vue économique que technique pour nos partenaires, auxquelles vous intégrez la durabilité et la responsabilité sociétale.

Le Tender Manager vous implique dans diverses activités stratégiques telles que :

  • Suivi des Leads (prospects et projets futurs) et des Tenders (marché public)
  • Analyse des demandes du marché : Cahier des Charges Publics et/ou Privés
  • Evaluation des appels d'offres et des cahiers des charges
  • Coordination de la préparation des offres en collaboration avec les key account managers et l'équipe opérations.
  • Préparation et gestion des appels d'offres et des dossiers d'appel d'offres (justification tarifaire et technique, y compris les dispositions administratives).
  • Gestion de la base des données des références

Vous participerez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus d'offres, tant en interne qu'avec nos partenaires externes, en particulier sur le marché privé.

Profil recherché:

  • Vous possédez un Master en Architecture, un Master Ingénieur civil ou un Master en sciences commerciales.

· Vous avez eu une première expérience dans une fonction de deviseur dans les secteurs suivants : la construction, l'industrie, l'immobilier ou l'infrastructure.

  • Vous êtes orienté clients et proactif.
  • Vous savez identifier les similitudes entre les dossiers (esprit de synthèse) et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Vous êtes passionné par l'innovation, notamment par l'application de l'IA dans les processus.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
  • Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais – français, la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
  • Vous maîtrisez les applications Microsoft ; une expérience de la « suite Office » et de « Power BI » est un atout.
