BlooLoc is a technology company headquartered in Hasselt. We develop advanced indoor positioning solutions used globally in logistics, manufacturing and smart buildings. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an RTLS Implementation Engineer who can turn complex technology into reliable, working solutions.

About the job
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical puzzles? As an RTLS Implementation Engineer, you implement and configure our RTLS solutions from technical preparation through to successful delivery. You combine analytical thinking with strong spatial awareness and a keen eye for visual detail. Together with Operations, Support and R&D, you solve technical challenges and turn your insights into structural improvements in our products. You guide customers remotely throughout the implementation journey.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure our RTLS solutions, from initial setup through to final sign-off.
- Carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure every installation runs smoothly and reliably.
- Analyse and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Your insights can lead to structural improvements in our products.
- Guide customers remotely through the implementation journey as their trusted technical point of contact.
- Work closely with Operations, Support and R&D to keep every rollout running smoothly.

Profile
Does this sound like you?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
- You're interested in networking, IoT or positioning technologies.
- You think analytically and systematically and enjoy solving technical puzzles.
- You have strong spatial awareness and a keen eye for visual detail.
- You're creative, hands-on and solution-oriented.
- You're fluent in Dutch and English.
