Personal development and ownership are actively encouraged.The European head office and showroom are located in the Brussels North area.The RoleAs Global Finance Lead / Finance Lead – Coordinator, you will play a central role at both local (Belgium/Europe) and group level. You act as a financial co-pilot to management, while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations.This is a hands-on, hybrid role, combining leadership, coordination, and operational finance responsibilities within an international and evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLocal Finance Responsibilities (Belgian entities)Financial leadership for multiple legal entitiesCash management (cash flow, payments, financing, FX exposure, hedging)Monthly and annual closings (BE GAAP)Statutory and management reportingCoordination of external auditsIntercompany reconciliationsMain point of contact for banks and insurance partnersSupervision and coordination of a small finance teamEnsuring accuracy, continuity, and timely delivery of financial processesCoaching and supporting team members in their developmentGroup-Level ResponsibilitiesActing as a finance reference point at group level, in close collaboration with international counterpartsCoordination with finance leads across different regionsStructuring and monitoring intercompany flows and internal deadlinesSupporting transfer pricing, consolidation, and group reporting topicsLiaising with external advisors (audit, tax, legal)Contributing to the continued integration and alignment of group entitiesYou will work in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders across the group.ProfileMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent±15 years of relevant experience in financeExperience within SMEs, international groups, or family-owned businesses is a strong assetAbility to combine strategic insight with hands-on executionStrong analytical mindset, pragmatic and autonomousComfortable operating in a less structured, fast-evolving environmentExcellent Excel skills; exposure to ERP transformations and BI tools is a plusLanguages: Dutch and English required; French and/or German are an assetPersonality & Cultural FitPersonality and mindset are more important than technical perfectionEntrepreneurial, dynamic, and collaborativePrecise and reliable, without being overly proceduralOpen communicator, comfortable asking questions and seeking alignmentTeam-oriented, with a long-term mindsetLooking to grow with the company, not simply pass throughOfferSenior, high-impact role within a fast-growing international SMECompetitive remuneration package (employee or freelance option)Company car (electric), meal vouchers, insurance, bonus schemeFlexible working hours and up to 2 days of remote work after onboardingStrong focus on learning, autonomy, and personal developmentExceptional team culture, flat hierarchy, and high engagement
