Voor een organisatie in volle digitale evolutie zoeken we een Enterprise Security Architect die de brug slaat tussen strategie, architectuur en security. In deze rol ontwerp en bewaak je een organisatiebrede security-architectuur die businessdoelstellingen ondersteunt én risico’s beheerst. Je werkt op enterprise-niveau en combineert visie met pragmatisme. Je adviseert management en IT-teams, en zorgt ervoor dat security structureel geïntegreerd is in projecten, platformen en infrastructuur. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Ontwerpen en onderhouden van een coherente enterprise security-architectuur Vertalen van business- en IT-strategie naar concrete security-architectuurprincipes en roadmaps Adviseren over security op vlak van applicaties, data, integratie, infrastructuur en cloud Bewaken van architecturale keuzes en standaarden binnen projecten Samenwerken met IT-, infrastructuur-, operations- en securityteams Vertalen van high-level security policies naar technische ontwerpen en vereisten Evalueren van nieuwe technologieën en inschatten van hun security-impact Ondersteunen van governance, compliance en risicobeheersing Jouw profiel: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen IT, met sterke affiniteit voor architectuur en security Bachelor/Master diploma (ingenieur/IT) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Ervaring binnen één of meerdere architectuurdomeinen (security, data, applicaties, infrastructuur, cloud) Grondige kennis van security-architecturen, IAM, netwerk- en cloudbeveiliging Kennis van standaarden en frameworks zoals ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR Ervaring met enterprise security-oplossingen (bv. Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, …) Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je maakt complexe materie helder en beslisbaar Je kan strategisch denken, maar blijft verbonden met technische realiteit Vlotte kennis van Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans Certificeringen zoals CISSP zijn een plus Wat je mag verwachten: Een strategische security-rol met zichtbaarheid op managementniveau Impact op een complexe IT- en infrastructuuromgeving Inhoudelijke autonomie en ruimte om security maturity structureel te verhogen Samenwerking met ervaren architecten, engineers en decision makers
