Wil jij als Health & Safety Manager een sleutelrol spelen in het uitbouwen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen de innovatieve productieomgeving van Milliken in Gent? Functieomschrijving: Als Health & Safety Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, coördineren en uitdragen van het veiligheids- en gezondheidsbeleid op onze productiesite. Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams, zet verbeterprojecten op en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Adviseren van management en medewerkers over veiligheid en gezondheid Opvolgen van veiligheids- en gezondheidsindicatoren en correcte rapportering Verhogen van awareness via opleidingen, coaching en teammeetings Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en optimaliseren van werkposten Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers rond Health & Safety Analyseren van ongevallen en opvolgen van actieplannen Samenwerken met het Europese safety team aan best practices Jouw profiel: Technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma + attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 Ervaring in veiligheid, kwaliteit of technische dienst in productieomgeving Sterk in procedures én praktijk Communicatief, coachend en hands-on Kennis van Belgische veiligheidsregelgeving (of bereid om dit te leren) Vlot in Nederlands én Engels Ons aanbod: Een uitdagende rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid Aantrekkelijk verloningspakket inclusief bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, fietsleasing Een financieel sterk en innovatief bedrijf met een topteam Vlot bereikbaar nabij Gent Dampoort Interesse?
