We are seeking a skilled M365 Solutions Architect to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive M365 solutions while ensuring security best practices are integrated into every aspect of the solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in various M365 technologies and be capable of providing solutions that meet client requirements

Mission:
  • Design and implement end-to-end M365 solutions tailored to client needs
  • Ensure the integration of security measures in all solutions

Identity Management:

  • Manage and configure Entra Connect, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Entra ID
  • Ensure robust identity management solutions are in place
  • Develop and propose solutions for mobile and workstation management using Intune
  • Integrate security features such as Defender for EndPoint, MFA, and EndPoint security policies
  • Design and implement SCCM solutions
  • Integrate security practices and policies within SCCM

Exchange Management:

  • Collaborate with the Exchange consultant (Frank Jacobs) for Exchange-related tasks
  • Ensure Exchange configurations adhere to security standards

Data Migration (OneDrive/SharePoint):

  • Plan and execute data migration to OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Propose and implement migration tools and strategies

Teams Collaboration & Conference Platform:

  • Configure and manage Teams collaboration and conferencing solutions (excluding voice).
  • Develop governance policies for data management within Teams.

Security Integration:

  • Integrate appropriate security measures for each technology implemented.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging security threats to ensure solutions are secure.
Profile
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing M365 solutions
  • Strong knowledge of identity management technologies (Entra Connect, MFA, Entra ID)
  • Expertise in Intune for mobile and workstation management.
  • Proficiency in SCCM
  • Experience with Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Skilled in configuring and managing Teams collaboration tools
  • Deep understanding of security practices and their application in M365 solutions
  • Relevant certifications in M365 and related technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
