Wij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Senior AI Strategy Manager die ons kan helpen de toekomst van niet-Leven verzekeringen te veranderen. In deze functie speel je een centrale rol in de definitie, totstandkoming en implementatie van strategische AI initiatieven, en werk je daarbij samen met diverse stakeholders om de groei en de innovatie binnen de onderneming aan te sturen. Deze rol vereist ervaring met AI, een sterk strategisch inzicht, alsook de 'drive' om verandering teweeg te brengen.

De job in een notendop

  • Strategische planning: je definieert en coördineert de overkoepelende AI strategie voor verzekeringen niet-Leven zowel globaal als binnen de afdelingen, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met diverse stakeholders.
  • Realisatie strategische AI initiatieven: je identificeert, prioriteert en stuurt strategische AI initiatieven aan (in samenwerking met de organisatie) die van kritiek belang zijn voor het verwezenlijken van de doelstellingen en strategische positionering van Belfius Non-Life.
  • Marktanalyse: je voert marktonderzoeken en -analyses uit voor het identificeren van trends en opportuniteiten rond AI binnen verzekeringen niet-Leven.
  • Communicatie met stakeholders: je communiceert frequent met diverse stakeholders, inclusief het senior management
    • Mentorship en ontwikkeling: je begeleidt teamleden doorheen projecten en bevordert hun professionele ontwikkeling door middel van gerichte feedback.

  • Grondige kennis van AI, en de toepassingen binnen de financiële sector.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid met het vermogen om complexe informatie te begrijpen en te verwerken tot actiegerichte strategieën.
  • Ervaring in het leiden en succesvol opleveren van transversale en strategische projecten binnen het vooropgestelde tijdschema.
  • Een duidelijke en motiverende communicatiestijl, met het vermogen om te aligneren met stakeholders van diverse achtergronden.
  • Een grote bereidheid tot leren en groeien
    • Ervaring in de verzekeringssector is een troef.
