Emerson DeltaV Consultant **3 Year Contract**

For an industrial automation customer, I am searching for a DeltaV automation consultant for a maintenance project team to support installations within a GMP environment. This is a 3-year contract so candidates must be committed to a long-term assignment and ideally live in the region to have good onsite access.It is not necessary to have prior pharma/life science experience, but exposure to industries with similar strict regulations is an advantage ie. chemicals, automotive etc.Profile Required1x DeltaV Medior/Senior: Someone with sufficient experience in DeltaV to be able to fully manage an existing installation. This person will also be less involved on an architectural level and more focused on changes, understanding the impact each change can have on the system.Assignment ContextThe assignment is situated within the Daily Operations department. This department continuously carries out small on-site modifications to the many systems in place. All systems are interconnected, but certain specialized expertise is required.Life Science context: Changes must be discussed and defended internally, fully documented, and explained to the quality department – communication skills, proactivity, and being able to stand your ground are therefore important.You will join a pleasant team and work environment. For each discipline, there is a designated Technical Owner with whom regular alignment will be scheduled, and who can assign tasks to the team members. In addition, there is a SPOC on both the customer side and the client side to ensure proper overall coordination.Main objective: to know the client and their systems inside out, work with them independently, and advise the client.The Technical Owners are organizational and documentation experts, but the selected consultants should be able to advise them on technical topics relating to the implementationsAdditional DetailsSENIORITY: Medior/SeniorSTART DATE: January/February (ASAP)DURATION: 3 yearsCONTRACT: Freelance, Consultancy, PayrollLOCATION: AntwerpONSITE POLICY: 3 days onsiteHOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: Fluent English and fluent DutchINTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 stagesIf you are interested, please forward your updated resume to jay.kukoyi@vividresourcing.com to be considered.
