Hoe zal jouw week eruit zien?
Als Junior Audit werk je vaak ter plaatse bij klanten, die variëren van kleine vzw's tot grote internationale bedrijven. Samen met je collega's bekijk je hun interne procedures en analyseer je de financiële situatie. Klopt alles wel? Zijn er inconsistenties in de facturen? Door kritische vragen te stellen aan zowel de klant als het team, verwerf je inzicht in de cijfers en identificeer je potentiële risico's zodat je je werkplan kan vormgeven. Welke secties onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen, verschilt elke keer. De ene keer bekommer je je om het materiele vast actief, de andere keer om de overhead of de betaalde interesten. Tijdens de verwerking stel je je proactief op en blijf je een duidelijke communicatie onderhouden met de klant en het team. Wanneer er op het einde van de week nog informatie ontbreekt of klantenconfirmaties moeten worden opgevolgd, koppel je ook terug zodat je met je team alle deadlines op tijd haalt.

Je profiel: Ben jij de persoon die we zoeken?
Als je jezelf zou moeten omschrijven, is een van de eerste woorden die in je hoofd opkomen 'flexibiliteit'. Jongleren met verschillende deadlines of op 1 dag meerdere dossiers behandelen? Een koud kunstje voor jou. Je durft initiatief nemen en nieuwe ideeën aanbrengen, maar staat ook open voor het standpunt van jouw collega's. Teamspirit is voor jou een logisch gegeven. Je staat op nauwkeurigheid en pluist zaken graag tot in de kleinste detail uit. Stress? Wat is dat? Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en kan vlot met deadlines omgaan. Een taak op tijd afkrijgen kost jou geen moeite. Je bent steeds op de hoogte van de laatste wijzigingen in de Auditwereld. Je schoolt je graag bij en woont met plezier fiscale seminaries, lezingen of evenementen bij. Je bent in het bezit van een master of een eerste (stage)ervaring. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
