En tant que Quality Manager, vous êtes le garant de la conformité réglementaire et le moteur de la performance opérationnelle sur le terrain. Votre mission est critique : assurer une conformité totale (Zéro Non-Conformité) avec les réglementations européennes (UE 2015/1998) et nationales, tout en pilotant la performance de détection. Vous ne vous contentez pas de constater ; vous analysez, vous orchestrez des plans d'amélioration et vous veillez à ce que chaque agent atteigne les standards d'excellence fixés par nos clients (BAC/BSCA) et les autorités (DGLV). Vous assurez le respect strict du Programme National de Sûreté de l'Aviation Civile (PNS) et gérez le système de management de la qualité (ISO 9001). Pilote de Performance : Vous portez la responsabilité directe de l'atteinte des KPI de détection (cible > 90%). Analyse de Cause Racine : En cas de défaillance, vous menez des audits profonds et définissez les actions correctives nécessaires. Stratège Opérationnel : Vous transformez les données de terrain (D-rates, TIP) en plans d'action concrets pour optimiser la qualité du service. Leadership : Vous encadrez une équipe de coordinateurs qualité et d'auditeurs, tout en étant l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires externes et régulateurs. Un diplôme de Bachelor (Ingénieur ou Psychologie de préférence). Une expérience probante de minimum 3 ans dans la gestion de la qualité, de préférence dans un secteur hautement régulé. Une connaissance approfondie de la réglementation européenne en matière d'aviation (AVSEC). L'expérience de la gestion de KPI et de l'implémentation de normes ISO. Un diplôme de Bachelor (Ingénieur ou Psychologie de préférence). Une expérience probante de minimum 3 ans dans la gestion de la qualité, de préférence dans un secteur hautement régulé. Une connaissance approfondie de la réglementation européenne en matière d'aviation (AVSEC). L'expérience de la gestion de KPI et de l'implémentation de normes ISO.
