Financial Services - Director Join to apply for the Financial Services - Director role at Capgemini Invent Role Overview As part of the local and global team in charge of the Banking Industry at Invent, the Director will lead a large share of both our client and offering portfolio, leveraging his or her expertise to deliver impact on a day-to-day basis, externally and internally. Responsible to grow the financial services consulting business Be a driver in the development and expansion of the financial services consulting focusing on retail banking Win in the market, leveraging high expertise and insights. Find and create business opportunities across multiple entities in the region and abroad. Answer RFP / RFI and broaden footprint in existing client relationships Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C‑Suite, business unit, and division head levels at the most critical clients in order to drive client value Develop and codify intellectual capital and points of view, and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen the Capgemini Invent’s Financial Services external reputation. Responsible to deliver projects Lead, develop and engage the Capgemini Invent assets for the client to identify and drive value Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short- and/or long-term value creation for the client at the C‑Suite, business unit and division head levels that has the appropriate level of impact Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results. Responsible to build and manage team Develop Capgemini Invent’s capability to service Financial Services Grow the number of consultants to expand further in the financial services market Provide a ‘win‑win’ environment to inspire, attract and develop the best talents.
