Our client, a fast-growing contemporary footwear and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Antwerp store. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative European brand known for its creative design, premium product quality, and inspiring retail concepts. Overview As Store Manager , you will be responsible for leading and developing the store team, driving sales performance, and ensuring every customer experience reflects the brand’s identity and values. You will take full ownership of store operations, act as the local brand ambassador, and play a key role in growing the brand’s presence in the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Commercial Performance Lead all aspects of store performance, from sales and KPIs to customer experience and team management. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of 4–8 people. Drive store turnover of approximately €1M+ annually through exceptional service and strong commercial execution. Customer Experience & Brand Representation Deliver an elevated, customer-centric in-store experience aligned with the brand’s values. Represent the brand locally, fostering loyalty and community engagement. Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation reflect brand guidelines. Operations & Team Development Manage stock, deliveries, and store operations efficiently. Monitor and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Create a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture. Ambassadorship Act as a brand advocate in Antwerp, embodying the brand’s DNA and values. Support local marketing initiatives and community events as needed. Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager within premium fashion, sneakers, or lifestyle retail. Proven success in achieving sales and KPI targets. Strong leadership and people development skills. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Fluent in Dutch and English (both required). Store opening or new concept launch experience is a plus.
