We’re looking for a hands-on Co-founder & Co-CEO to launch Bloom in France and lead our expansion across the country. You’ll take the lead in acquiring and growing healthcare practices, starting from the first deal, with the ambition to build something lasting, meaningful, and operationally excellent. As the local face of Bloom, you’ll source and close opportunities, shape the leadership team, and take full ownership of performance. You’ll work directly with Bloom’s founders, Pierre Laffineur and Francis Forton, who bring deep entrepreneurial and investment experience, and a strong commitment to building high-quality healthcare platforms. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true Co-founder role, with real equity, full operational responsibility, and the chance to contribute to how care is organised and scaled in France. We’re looking for someone who moves fast, builds trust, and is genuinely motivated by working with healthcare professionals. What you’ll do You’ll lead the full find–buy–build journey: identifying high-quality acquisition targets, managing transactions from end to end, and scaling the businesses post-integration. You’ll define a clear roadmap with Bloom’s founders and take the lead on execution. We expect you to build a strong local team, implement smart processes, and contribute to long-term growth alongside established healthcare practices. You combine entrepreneurial drive with operational discipline, and you know how to navigate complexity without losing focus. Above all, you lead with clarity and conviction. You bring energy, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose in working closely with medical professionals and supporting the future of their practices. This is a true Co-founder role – focused on building and scaling a healthcare platform in France.
