You benefit from personalised training coaching and a clear long term development path within engineering and product lifecycle roles.As a freelancerYou work in a transparent collaboration model with competitive daily rates long term projects professional support and continuity within regulated industrial environments.In both cases, you work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.Job descriptionIn this role you manage and support product related change control activities, ensuring that design changes are justified, tested and implemented in line with quality and regulatory expectations.Handle change control activities correctly and efficientlyInvestigate product issues and improvement opportunities and propose solutionsDefine and perform testing to evaluate product performance and design adequacyDefine product characteristics criticality performance criteria and test methodsEstablish and document the rationale to justify product and design decisionsCreate change control documentation and coordinate inputs with other teamsOrganise and lead modification meetings with relevant stakeholdersSupport implementation of approved changes across the organisationCollaborate closely with test engineers to ensure efficient and effective testingActively participate in testing to build deep product understandingRequirementsMaster’s degree in Engineering or equivalentStrong project management and planning skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience with change control and design control processesUnderstanding of product specifications production processes and materials such as plastics and packagingKnowledge of usability engineering and risk management principlesBasic knowledge of SAPLogical and analytical mindset with strong problem solving skillsProactive working style with focus on facts and data driven decisionsComfortable working cross functionally in structured project environmentsFluent in EnglishAre you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?Join our dynamic team and help drive innovation in medical devices.Apply now and let’s make an impact together.Want to learn more?
