Job Title: Project Manager GDM
Duration: 15 Sep - end of 2026 (renewable)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site)
Languages: French, Dutch & English

Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Establish and manage project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables based on validated parameters.
- Identifying tasks, dependencies and risks; developing and following up on mitigation measures.
- Managing business analyst(s) on common topics.
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders: status, problems, bottlenecks, risks and proposed alternatives/mitigations; recording decisions and actions ("decision log").
- Contribute to the implementation of transversal processes and documentation to ensure that the collaboration with the run organization runs smoothly.
- Supervising the creation of a monitoring tool.
- Establish and maintain quality management plans to ensure that project results meet the required standards.
- Implement and use project management and documentation tools (including JIRA, Confluence) for follow-up and knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building with police stakeholders and externalpartners to ensure the success of the project.
Additional tasks:
- Support in the management of the project management organization within the ANPR team: co-supervising the demand management process, setting up strategic reporting, determining best practices and internal processes, transfer to the RUN team. xlxgzvr
