START: February, March, April (May considered) 2025

SALARY: €60,000 – €85000 per annum + Package (Role dependent on salary)

LOCATION: Walloon, Belgium

SECTOR: High risk/ energy transport/ pharmaceutical

Specification:

- HSSEQ/EHSQ/HSEQ technical background with relevant certification

- Relevant HSE certification, qualified for site-based working (IOSH, NEBOSH, MVK/ PA1/PA2/ HVK)

- Experience with construction/ pharmaceutical/ energy transport and Logistics

- Food safety, quality ISO9001 and Security are a bonus

- Strong hands on safety management experience (Happy to work in the office or onsite)

- Experience with HSE/HSEQ Systems, Strategy and internal stakeholder management

- Fluent in English is essential, French/Dutch appreciated

Duties

Implement strategy for the regional and global teams

Attend kick of meetings for larger projects as required

Safety behaviour program management

Act as a strong leader with the HSEQ regional team

The client is specifically looking for candidates who would join their management team, you would be tasked with managing HSEQ pool resource, supporting projects through all project phases (concept through to execution in the field), allocating projects HSEQ requirements, supporting a regional management structure and developing HSEQ strategy.

The client has an immediate vacancy, they would be looking to start the initial interviews in the coming weeks.
