# Wanted: Junior Employment Lawyer # Location: Brussels Votre fonction Offrez des services juridiques de haut niveau à une clientèle variée, nationale et internationale, sur des dossiers innovants et passionnants ; Entrez en contact direct avec les clients dès le premier jour ; Elaboration et suivi des politiques RH, reporting, nouvelles contraintes réglementaires au niveau belge et européen ; Rédaction et gestion des contrats d'emploi, licenciements, etc ; Droit collectif du travail : comités d'entreprise européens, élections sociales, gestion des conflits collectifs ; Rémunération et avantages : plans de pension, et autres avantages ; Traiter des dossiers concernant la mobilité internationale et des situations transfrontalières ; Gestion des conflits : contentieux, négociations et résolution des litiges liés aux points ci-dessus. Votre profil 1-3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat ; Solide parcours académique en Belgique. Des études complémentaires à l'étranger constituent un atout ; Francophone, avec une excellente connaissance de l'anglais et une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais ; Expertise en droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale. Une spécialisation académique dans ce domaine est un plus ; Excellentes compétences analytiques, de raisonnement et rédactionnelles ; Engagement à fournir un travail de haute qualité ; Bon esprit d'équipe et capacité à s'intégrer dans notre culture ouverte et entrepreneuriale.
