As a Food Technician, youwill be responsible for mixing various food ingredients accordingto a defined formula and applying it on a substrate according tothe recipe.

  • Making samples using approved rawmaterials and in accordance with the manufacturing instructions onthe formula.
  • Application of these samples in endproducts (snacks, meat and chicken products, vegetarian and veganproducts based on alternative proteins).
  • After evaluationwith technologist/sales  will adjust these formulations andsend samples to the customer.
  • Shipping theseproducts.
  • Raw Material stockmanagement.

 

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor foodtechnology or related: nutrition/ dietician, innovation, Health,butcher, chef,..
  • A fewyears of experience withing the foodindustry as a food technician or a similarrole.
  • Having affinity with Foodpreparation.
  • Can work independently and in ateam.
  • Works accurately and hygienically.(Most important)
  • Since there is frequent contact withfood products, it is important not to have any food or contactallergies.
  • Skilled in PC usage &MS office.
  • KnowledgeDutch and/or English.
