Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.Job DescriptionAs a Process Engineer, you will join one of our partner's manufacturing and technical operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of pharmaceutical production processes. Your role will focus on secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing technologies, including isolators and lyophilizers, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead and support process design, optimization, and troubleshooting for secondary manufacturing equipmentEnsure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout all process activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, validation, maintenance) to implement process improvementsParticipate in equipment qualification and validation activities for isolators and/or lyophilizersAnalyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for efficiency gainsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and change control recordsProvide technical support during audits and inspectionsContribute to continuous improvement projects and technology transfers within the site.Your ProfileYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fieldYou have at least a minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Engineer in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturingYou have a first experience in secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing processesAnd a hands-on experience with isolators and/or lyophilizersYou are familiar with GMP regulations and validation principlesYou are problem-solving oriented and are able to work in a dynamic environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsYou are fluent in both English and French.Recruitment ProcessBy applying for the Process Engineer position, you will go through the following steps in our recruitment process:First Screening: Olivia Braszko, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, will review your resume and schedule an initial screeningSecond interview: You will meet with one of our experts to discuss your expertise and technical skillsFinal Interview: A meeting with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux, to confirm alignment with project and company values."If you're passionate about optimizing pharmaceutical processes and want to be part of a forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you"
