Mission of the Role Edenred is looking for a Partner Performance Offic er as part of their Merchants team. As a Partner Performance Officer you will be in charge of piloting the e-commerce performance of the Edenred Engagement Platform to increase the buying power of the employees of our clients. They partner with big companies, global & local well‑known brands. Your Responsibilities as a Partner Performance Officer Produce proactively reports and analyses to support partner growth and performance Support the Head of Partnership in defining the budget and measuring the delivery of the objectives Support the Sales Team activiti es: sales forecasting, sector analysis to improve the offer, measuring media campaign performance, and collecting market data to enrich sector analysis Support the Partner Media Officer : provide insights and success case analysis, run A/B tests and ad‑hoc campaigns, optimise partner marketing campaigns (ROAS, cost of acquisition…), and track consumer behaviour to improve the conversion funnel Collaborate with the Pricing Officer : define the best discounts per client typology (catalogue management) and set media pricing Maintain & improve Power BI repor ting tool and provide analysis for reporting, business follow‑up & partners reporting Train the Merchant Engagement team on data usage and create relevant templates according to stakeholders Prepare Business rev iews and deep dive meeting with “ad‑hoc” analysis Propose UX improveme nts of the Edenred Engagement platform What’s in it for you? Permanent full‑time contract (38 hours/week) Location: Brussels (Auderghem) A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance the purchasing power of employees. The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a home‑working allowance of €115. The Ideal Partner Performance Officer You hold a Bachelor’s degree You have at least 2 years experience as business analyst or similar function by preference in a B2B environment You are fluent in French or Dutch with a basic knowledge of the other language. You have at least an intermediate level in English. You demonstrate strong affinity with data & you have excellent analytical skills. Knowledge of CRM, Airtable, Piano and other software is considered a plus You have a strong interest in e‑commerce, digital marketing and media.
