Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Senior Microsoft System Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van onze Microsoft-gebaseerde infrastructuur en systemen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de continu teit en veiligheid van onze IT-omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met andere IT-professionals om ervoor te zorgen dat onze systemen efficiënt en betrouwbaar functioneren. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Beheer en onderhoud van Microsoft Windows Server-omgevingen. - Implementatie en beheer van Active Directory, DNS, DHCP en Group Policy. - Ondersteuning en beheer van Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint-omgevingen. - Beheer en optimalisatie van MSSQL-databases. - Uitvoeren van systeemupdates, patches en beveiligingsconfiguraties. - Monitoren van systeemprestaties en oplossen van technische problemen. - Ontwerpen en implementeren van back-up- en herstelstrategieën. - Samenwerken met andere IT-teams om projecten te ondersteunen en te implementeren. - Verlenen van tweede- en derdelijns ondersteuning voor complexe technische problemen. - Documenteren van systeemconfiguraties en procedures. - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van scripts om systeembeheer te automatiseren en te optimaliseren. - Delen van kennis en best practices met teamleden en andere diensten om de algehele IT-competentie te verhogen. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Microsoft System Administrator. - Diepgaande kennis van Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SCCM, Intune, Defender, Exchange en Office 365. - Ervaring met virtualisatie technologieën zoals Hyper-V of VMware. - Ervaring met SharePoint-beheer en -ondersteuning. - Ervaring met MS SQL-databasebeheer. - Ervaring met scriptingtalen zoals PowerShell, Python of Bash. - Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands of Frans en Engels. - Vermogen om kennis effectief te delen en anderen te begeleiden. - Certificeringen zoals MCSA, MCSE of vergelijkbaar zijn een pluspunt. - Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
