About the RoleFujitsu is supporting the European Commission in the adoption and integration of Digital and AI solutions, including LLMs. We are looking for a User Documentation and Training (UDT) Specialist to support end users through high-quality documentation, training, and workshops, ensuring effective adoption of AI-enabled solutions across business processes.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in AI user enablement, training delivery, and corporate AI adoption, particularly in large institutional environments. Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain user manuals for Digital and AI-based solutionsProduce and maintain web-based documentation (websites, wikis, knowledge bases)Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops on Digital/AI solutionsContribute to Digital/AI workshops with business and technical stakeholdersSupport the definition of AI use cases, including integration of AI solutionsSupport the adoption of AI and LLMs in daily work practices and business processes Required Knowledge & SkillsExperience in end-user assistance for Digital and AI solutionsStrong knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint)Solid working knowledge of MS OfficeExperience in organising and delivering user training and workshopsExperience in generic IT support for end users (Office Automation – minimum 1 year) Mandatory ExpertiseAt least 1 year of experience delivering AI-related workshops and training (e.g. prompting) in a corporate environment, ideally comparable to a Directorate-General of the European CommissionAt least 1 year of experience working on AI adoption projects in a similar corporate or institutional environmentKnowledge of AI prompt engineeringHands-on experience supporting AI-enabled tools for business users Preferred QualificationsEducation at EQF Level 7 or 8 (Master's degree or higher)Experience maintaining websites and/or wikisExperience with Data Protection implementationKnowledge of IT Security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact AI initiatives within the European CommissionCollaboration in an international, multicultural environmentA role at the intersection of AI, training, documentation, and user enablementSupport from a global technology leader — Fujitsu
