Want to lead accounting operations for a major international consumer goods company, managing the books for a portfolio of premium brands distributed across 150+ countries?Join a leading Benelux operation as Head of Accounting, where you will oversee financial accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance across Belgian and Dutch entities, while driving the transformation of accounting processes through ERP implementation and team integration in a multi-billion euro organization with global reach.Key responsibilities as Head of Accounting BeneluxOversee general ledgers, monthly closings, and financial statements for Belgian, Dutch, and multiple holding entitiesManage relationships with external auditors, coordinate audits internally, and ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS requirementsOversee corporate tax, VAT, and other tax filings, working with advisors to optimize tax positionImplementation of a new ERP systemManage a team of 3-4 accountants, 1 credit controller, and external consultants.You have strong technical expertise combined with business partnering skills.
