Jouw taken:
  1. Eerstelijns ondersteuning bieden bij internationale pechgevallen: Waar de klanten zich ook bevinden in Europa, jij staat klaar om hen te helpen en hun zorgen weg te nemen.
  2. Regelmatig contact houden met dealers en klanten: Zodat iedereen altijd op de hoogte is van de voortgang van de reparaties.
  3. Samenwerken in een toegewijd team: Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat zich 24/7 inzet om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
Profiel
  • Bachelor denkniveau.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels, Frans & Duits (minimaal B1-niveau).
  • Flexibel in werktijden.
  • Je moet zelfstandig naar het bedrijf kunnen komen.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen customer service.
Aanbod

Vast contract bepaalde duur (geen interim contract, wél Volvo Contract).

  • Werktijden: 7.5 uur per dag, 37.5 uur per week.
  • Thuiswerkbeleid: 50% na opleidingsperiode.
  • Vakantiedagen: 20 dagen.
