Als dedicated nurse werk je uitsluitend aan de jou toegekende projecten waarbinnen je volledig ter beschikking staat van jouw patiënt en arts in de voorbereiding, initiatie en opvolging van Parkinsonpatiënten.
- Jouw job bestaat voornamelijk uit het samenstellen van een dossier voor terugbetaling van het product, optitreren van de medicatie, educatie geven aan patiënten en/of mantelzorger omtrent het correct uitvoeren van de thuistoediening alsook het gebruik van medische apparatuur en de verdere opvolging en begeleiding van patiënten doorheen het programma
- Elke patiënt die je bezoekt heeft een ander profiel. Het is jouw taak je aan te passen aan de behoefte van de patiënt en zorg op maat te kunnen bieden.
- Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan het farmaceutisch bedrijf door interne meetings en opleidingen mee te volgen.
- Voor dit project zijn we op zoek naar een autonome nurse / verpleegkundige die bereid is een grote expertise op te bouwen binnen het domein van Parkinson. Technisch dient de nurse sterk te zijn, voornamelijk in het gebruik van een specifieke pomp en in plaatsing en verzorging van sondes. Verder dient de nurse een zekere commerciële feeling te hebben.
- Dit project vraagt een grote flexibiliteit van de nurse. De opstarttrajecten van patiënten zijn intensief waar het op andere momenten eerder rustig zal zijn. Het is aan de nurse om zelf het evenwicht daarin te bepalen en te bewaken.
Onze klant werd in 2002 opgericht met als doel om gespecialiseerde behandelingen of complexe zorg op een kwaliteitsvolle manier thuis te laten plaatsvinden. Om dat te realiseren, voorzien ze ondersteunende maatregelen voor de patiënt en voor het team van zorgverstrekkers.
Wat zoeken we?- Hands-on mentaliteit: je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in de verpleegkunde, BaNaBA Zorgmanagement of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als verpleegkundige.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen geheel België (regio Brussel - Namen)
- Je bent flexibel en staat open voor een werkschema waarbij intensieve weken en rustige weken elkaar afwisselen.
- Je beschikt over voldoende computerkennis en bent administratief onderlegd.
- Expertise binnen het domein van parkinson is een plus.
- Je kan discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
- Je kan je voldoende empathisch opstellenen kan je communicatie aanpassen aan het niveau van de patiënt.
