The responsibilities include: Incident Resolution: Analyze and resolve incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team, ensuring prompt resolution. Sales Project Management: Collaborate on feasibility studies, resource assessments, and schedule management to guarantee successful project execution. Infrastructure Audits & Solution Design: Conduct thorough audits on client infrastructures and create tailored solutions for optimal performance. Project Implementation: Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Server & Client Configuration: Configure servers and clients for optimal performance, adhering to quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all projects, ensuring clarity and compliance with established procedures. As a key member of the organization, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team, taking ownership of tasks while respecting quality and ITIL procedures.
