Specializing in both public and private markets, they invest in diverse strategies.If you have 2 to 3 years of experience , solid Excel skills, and are fluent in English, this opportunity is for you Junior Accountant - Responsibilities As a Junior Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of the organization by taking charge of key accounting functions, including: - Process book purchase and sales invoices.
- Handle recurring invoices, service agreements, sub-leases, and re-invoicing.
- Conduct cash analysis and maintain financial records.
- Book and reconcile bank transactions.
- Prepare and execute wire transfers.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and simplified annual reports.
- Update accounting records for multiple entities.
- Prepare annual in-house accounts for review.
- Assist with reporting, investor relations, and audit queries.
- Open and process incoming mail and correspondence.
- Communicate with suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
- Support liquidation procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years as a Junior Accountant , with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Previous experience within a financial structure, service provider, family office, investment firm or similar.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the team's success. You ask questions , show initiative , and bring value to the role.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, etc.) and other accounting tools such as BOB50.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
- Earn up to €65,000 gross per year , plus performance bonuses.
