At Unifly, your expertise will help shape this transformation, and your own professional growth along with it.We are currently seeking a Project/Project Manager for our office in Antwerp (Belgium).Project/Program Manager (Fulltime)The Project/Program Manager acts as the key link between Unifly, its customers, and partners, overseeing all client-related projects and communication. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing customer releases from start to finish. As Project/Program Manager, you take full ownership of each project, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards while maintaining strong, transparent relationships with all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.Manage contract and project risks while maintaining transparency and clear communication with all stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and subcontractors during implementation and release cycles.Facilitate alignment across customer stakeholders, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Coordinate with the commercial team on change requests and new opportunities.Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, define acceptance criteria, and oversee the implementation process.Plan and coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go/no-go decisions.Lead go-live preparations and ensure a smooth transition to operations.Support customer training and capture lessons learned after each release.Stay current with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.Execute all tasks in accordance with Unifly’s Integrated Management System (IMS).Your ProfileWhat combination of skills, mindset and experience are we seeking in our ideal candidate?Bachelor's or Master's degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in Project/Program ManagementProven ability to lead software projects throughout their full lifecycleStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in an international contextExperience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plusFamiliarity with Quality or Integrated Management Systems is a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel occasionallyInterest in emerging technologies such as drones and digital aviationOur Work CultureAt Unifly, teamwork comes first.
