Freelance EHS / Internal Prevention Consultant (Medical Devices – Brussels Area) Our partner is seeking an experienced EHS / Internal Prevention Consultant to support its Belgian operations — and, at a later stage, potentially extend scope across the Benelux region. This assignment aims to map current EHS and administrative obligations, define essential prevention tasks, and lay the groundwork for a permanent EHS role within the organisation. Location- Brussels Start -ASAP (early December preferred) Type -Freelance contract via Amoria Bond Languages -Trilingual fluency (English, Dutch, French) Rate - 700 EUR p/d ex VAT Mission and Responsibilities Analyse the company's current EHS and prevention setup. Identify key regulatory, administrative, and reporting requirements (Belgium and Benelux). Support and advise on compliance as Internal Prevention Advisor, including: Follow-up of medical control and dosimeter management. Preparation of the annual and 5-year prevention plans. Liaison between external medical advisors and employees. Oversight of annual medical check-ups and wellbeing-related processes. Manage administrative tasks related to regulatory reporting Collaborate with management to draft a formal job description for the future permanent EHS role. Profile Certified Prevention Advisor in Belgium. Experience in EHS management within a regulated or medical device environment. Strong understanding of Belgian and EU EHS legislation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French. Analytical and pragmatic, able to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
