- Location: Charleroi (Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site)
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading key automation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of warehouse systems.
- Designing a roadmap for automation upgrades and contributing to long-term efficiency improvements.
- Collaborating with experts across engineering, IT, and project management to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Overseeing the integration of advanced warehouse technologies into existing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identifying risks, troubleshooting challenges, and finding innovative solutions.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in automation engineering, allowing you to apply your expertise to high-impact projects.
- Strong background in ERP, WMS, or MES systems, giving you the opportunity to work with enterprise-level technology.
- Experience in large-scale automation and software integration projects, perfect for those who enjoy working in complex, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (such as medical or industrial sectors), providing valuable exposure to global compliance frameworks.
