Hotel & Event Business Developer

What are you going to do?
This is a full-time role for a Hotel & Event Business Developer (B2B) at Nestia Hospitality Group. As a Business Developer you are responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with potential customers in the B2B sector.
Your main tasks include:
- Proactive sales: identifying and prospecting major companies and organizations interested in corporate events
- Negotiation of contracts to maximize profitability
- Understanding the needs and wishes of potential customers
- Building a strong network with partners and the business world to discover new opportunities
- Managing the client portfolio: Oversee the management of your client portfolio, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Working closely with hotel teams to ensure events run successfully
- Reactive sales: preparing convincing quotations to convince customers of the added value of our locations and services
- Participating in networking events
- Close as many contracts as possible to attain your KPIs and bonuses
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- Fluent in French, English & minimum of Dutch
- Affinity with the hospitality sector
- Min 2 years of working experience
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude and cold prospecting do not deter you
- Commercial mindset and the ability to recognize business opportunities
- Experience with preparing quotations and negotiating contracts is a plus
- You like being on the road and meeting new people
