If you're interested, please send your CV to apply.Title: Functional Analyst ExpertLocation: Meulebeke, BelgiumDuration: Freelance contract till December 2026 (extension possible)Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)Tasks:Drawing up functional analyses for the assigned payroll projects/assignments, in consultation with the business analysts;Estimating the workload needed to realize functionality in collaboration with other stakeholders/teamsContributing to the optimization of existing software;Describing test scenarios, preparing test data and organizing test execution in collaboration with the team.Testing the developed software against the analyses made;Providing support to developers and/or application service desk employees;Drawing up documentation regarding the assigned projects;Achieving customer satisfaction;Contributing to the smooth running of the entire software department;Must Have:You have strong analytical skills with the necessary experience in the field of analysis;You are strong in communication;You have knowledge of social legislation;You are flexible, have a sense of initiative and are open to new challenges;You are proactive and solution-oriented
