Vandaag zoeken we, voor een zéér gekende én betrouwbare forwarder, een (junior) Procurement Analyst.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:- Je stelt zeevracht- en landbehandelingstarieven vast, analyseert ze en optimaliseert ze continu.
- Je bent proactief op zoek naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhoudingen, tarieven en marktgegevens. Deze communiceer je snel en accuraat binnen de organisatie.
- Je onderhoudt het operationele systeem voor tarificatie en zorgt voor het goed functioneren hiervan.
- Je geeft tijdig en correcte feedback bij aanvragen voor offertes en tenders.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het opstellen van offertes voor klanten.
- Je werkt samen met de logistieke teams om de goede werking van de transportdossiers te kunnen verzekeren.
- Je beheert de data die stakeholders (klanten, sales, customer service, netwerk) inzicht geeft in de tarieven en processen.
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen expeditie.
- Heb je ervaring in een soortgelijke rol? Pluspunt
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je gaat nauwkeurig, ordelijk en georganiseerd aan de slag.
- Je bent sterk in analyse & hebt een passie voor logistiek.
