Bij Wipro zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde en ervaren Cognos & Talend specialist om ons team in Brussel te versterken;

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vertoon sterke teammanagement- en leiderschapsvaardigheden om het team effectief te begeleiden en te ondersteunen.
  • Beheer belanghebbenden en zorg voor uitgebreide rapportage om transparantie en afstemming met zakelijke doelstellingen te waarborgen.
  • Bereid en lever wekelijkse statusrapporten (WSR) en maandelijkse statusrapporten (MSR) om belanghebbenden op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang en problemen.
  • Beheer risicomanagement- en escalatieprocessen efficiënt om potentiële problemen te beperken en soepele operaties te waarborgen.
  • Bied L2- en L3-ondersteuning voor incidenten, serviceverzoeken en verbeteringen, waarbij sterke technische en functionele expertise in de ondersteunde applicaties wordt benut.
  • Pas uitgebreide ITIL-kennis en ervaring in procesimplementatie toe om hoge normen van servicemanagement te handhaven.
  • Zorg ervoor dat rampenherstel- en bedrijfscontinuïteitsplannen aanwezig zijn en effectief worden beheerd.

Gevraagde vaardigheden:

  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een soort gelijke functie.
  • Beschik over diepgaande technische kennis van Cognos en Talend om de prestaties van applicaties te ondersteunen en te verbeteren.
  • Toon vaardigheid in het Nederlands met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te communiceren met zakelijke gebruikers. Kennis van Frans als tweede taal is wenselijk en wordt als een voordeel beschouwd.
