Jouw rol Als Senior Helpdeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers en sta je in voor het analyseren, oplossen en opvolgen van diverse IT-incidenten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte dienstverlening, voert standaard PC-installaties uit en werkt nauw samen met technische teams om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren. Wat verwachten we van jou? Must-haves Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als helpdeskmedewerker (1ste en 2de lijn) Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de relevante technologieën Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met virtuele machines Servers & virtual desktops VMware, Proxmox, Horizon, KASM Ervaring met Jira Service Desk Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met Microsoft Intune Nederlandstalig Should-haves Basiskennis ITIL Service Support Aantoonbare ervaring met standaard PC-installaties Kennis van Office & Office 365 (1ste & 2de lijn) Algemene kennis van Active Directory (1ste & 2de lijn) Algemene kennis van Windows (1ste & 2de lijn) Basiskennis netwerken Nice to have Ervaring met straalverbindingen en gps-verbindingen Waarom kiezen voor deze functie?
