Boarding begins here and fly with us to this new adventure The recruitment process begins with your applicationAbout the Role The Technical Project Manager manages all the design, integration and commissioning of technical solutions to support air traffic control. He acts as a direct interface with the customer, industrial contractors and internal experts, in order to ensure the realization of critical projects. He guarantees the delivery of technical solutions on time, at cost and within the required performance levels, in compliance with safety/security standards and the internal processes of both Egis and the customer.Main missions Manage ATM technical projects (VCS systems, radio communications, shelters, E1/IP gateways, etc.).Establish, maintain and follow the project plan: planning, budget, resources, risks, communication.Coordinate all stakeholders: customer experts, contractors, IT Infra, Safety and Change Management, Security, Facility management, ATM engineering...Ensure the technical validation of key architectures and documents: design review, safety assessment, change request, risk analysis, compliance documentation.Manage the acquisition, delivery, reception and commissioning of equipmentCoordinate the procurement phases (administrative and technical requirements, call for tenders, bid analysis, negotiations), production, FAT, on-site installation, SAT, migration, final acceptance.Guarantee the quality and traceability of project documentation (permits, safety files, diagrams, technical sheets, etc.).Ensure regular reporting to Egis and the customer (progress, risks, decisions, operational points).Side Missions Contribute to technical workshops with ATM teams.Support OPS teams during operational testing.Assist, at the customer\'s request, in the preparation of audit, security or regulatory compliance files.Level of autonomy Good autonomy in the daily management of the technical perimeter.Decision on technicality and operations, escalation towards customer management for technical, strategic or budgetary arbitrations.Daily tasks Continuous coordination (emails, technical meetings, follow-up meetings).Updating planning / risks / actions.Follow-up of contractors\' and suppliers\' deliverables.Review and writing of technical documents (SDD, safety CONOPS, PV change, etc.).Preparation and follow-up of FAT/SAT/installation.Reporting (PM team, IT Dept., Program manager...).Additional missions Within the Egis team, you may:Support business development activities including the preparation of tendersParticipate in the continuous improvement of Egis processesParticipate to internal communication actions, such as lunchtime seminars, to share your skills and knowledge with colleaguesWork on various projects along your carer, with different roles.What do we need from you Main Aviation SkillsProgramme and project managmentIT TechnologyTest and DeploymentCommunictaion and information managmentAirport infrastructure and equipmentATM and airspace operationsEducational BackgroundMaster\'s degree or Engineering degree in the fields of IT/ Aviation/ ATMSeniorit y6-10 yearsLanguagesFluency and excellent drafting skills in EnglishKnowledge of French and/or Duthc would be considered as an assetRequired Soft and Hard skillsFor this job opportunity, you have at least 6 years of relevant experience working in project management in the domains of IT, ATM, Airports or Aviation.Hard skillsTechnical project management.ATM Relevant Experience: VCS analog/IP, E1/IP gatewaysRadios Rx, Tx, TRx, sheltersWAN, VoIPATC Operational constraintsHave managed at least one complete cycle: design → installation → migration → commissioning of industrial equipment.Knowledge of Safety, Change, Risk, Configuration Management processes.Understanding of airport environments and control towers.Reading and writing of technical documents (design, tests, FAT/SAT, reports of control bodies,...).Soft skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Documentary rigour and attention to detail (safety/security).Clear communication adapted to different audiences (technical, OPS, management).Cross-functional leadership and multi-team coordination: synchronizing teams of experts (internal to the customer and external: contractors, airport services) without hierarchical link.Prioritization, stress management, meeting critical deadlines.Diplomacy and ability to manage sensitive technical and strategic decisions.You demonstrate a good level of autonomy.You have strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills, which will enable you to interact with your team, the clients and others.You have a strong commitment to ethical and professional behaviourWhat\'s in it for you?
