- adviseren van het management over diverse contractvormen in de bouwsector, zoals DBFM-contracten en aannemingscontracten
- samenwerken met de Division/Department Manager, Tendering Manager en Project Manager om contractuele risicos in te schatten en te beheren
- coördineren van contractueel-juridische afspraken met externe partijen zoals leveranciers/onderaannemers, studiebureaus, en architectenbureaus
- nauw samenwerken met projectmanagers en interveniëren in kritische dossiers, met helder advies over contractuele verplichtingen en veranderingen
- leidende rol opnemen bij claims, schadedossiers, verzekeringsdossiers en garanties, met duidelijk advies over de te volgen strategie
- ondersteunen van de projectmanager/contract & risk manager bij onderhandelingen met klanten over contractuele kwesties
- op de hoogte blijven van contractueel-juridische evoluties en een kennisnetwerk uitbouwen binnen en buiten de organisatie

- jurist met sterke technische affiniteiten of ingenieur met sterke juridische affiniteiten
- ervaring in contractmanagement in de aannemerswereld, specifiek op het gebied van DBFM-contracten
- relatiebouwer die gelooft in een overlegstructuur
- heldere en genuanceerde communicatiestijl, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- grondige kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
