We are looking for highly skilled engineers with experience in the management of CAPEX projects to expand our teams in Nivelles and Mechelen. Depending on your relevant professional experience, you will be responsible as a Senior Project Engineer for packages, or as a Project Manager for the entire project.Your scope of responsibilities:- Project Planning and Strategy:- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and project scheduling.- Formulate project strategies, risk management plans, and contingency measures.- Define and organize internal staff planning- Project Execution and Monitoring:- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish clear project communication channels.- Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations among team members, contractors, vendors, and clients.- Resolve conflicts and address issues arising during the project lifecycle.- Ensure alignment of project objectives with stakeholders' needs and requirements.- Budgeting and Cost Control:- Develop project budgets, considering resource requirements, procurement, and contingency planning.- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and implement measures to control and optimize expenditures.- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and
