The company combines long-term stability with a modern mindset, offering strong exposure to the business, advanced systems, and a clear ambition to further professionalize controlling at group level.This is a key finance role with real strategic impact, designed for a senior controller who wants to grow into a Head of Controlling position in the medium term.Senior Business Controller - Your roleAs Senior Business Controller, you will act as a true finance business partner, supporting management and operational teams with insightful analysis and forward-looking financial steering.Your responsibilities include:Managing core financial cycles: monthly closings, quarterly reporting and annual consolidationPlaying an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring reliable and actionable financial projectionsAnalyzing financial results and variances, identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunitiesTranslating numbers into clear insights for operational and commercial stakeholdersContributing to finance transformation projects, including:SAP S/4HANA implementationsContinuous improvement of ANAPLAN planning modelsActively helping shape the future controlling governance and processes of the groupSenior Business Controller - Your profile:5+ years of experience in controlling or financial managementStrong business-oriented mindset, comfortable interacting with non-finance stakeholdersFluent in English and Dutch (French is a strong asset)Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalentSenior Business Controller - What’s in it for youUp to €85,000 gross/yearCompany car or mobility budget (€800/month)Meal vouchers & eco-vouchers€240/month net expensesHospitalization & group insuranceFull welcome package (laptop, backpack, headset, …)Mobile phone subscriptionFlexible working hours, 3 days remote work & 32 vacation daysPaid overtime (with the option to convert into extra vacation days)Structured onboarding to ensure a smooth and effective startClear growth path toward a Head of Controlling role, with increasing scope and leadership responsibilitiesReady to take the next step in your finance career?Apply now or send your CV directly to a.prospero@jh.partners or d.dams@jh.partners.
