Function You are passionate about designing an architecture to integrate new digital capabilities to improve the customer experience. Topics of interest include mobile app technology, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces, including chatbots. You proactively translate strategic objectives into an architectural vision and strategy. You identify key capabilities to roll out, modernize or retire, based on current and/or future requirements. You work with business stakeholders to define the end-to-end architecture for initiatives. You propose solution alternatives to go to market quickly and deliver value early, while developing a future-proof application landscape. Respecting the architectural vision, you balance the Cost of Delay against the Total Cost of Ownership when defining proof of concepts and minimal viable products. You refine the architecture, validate epics against the definition of ready and assure that they can be elaborated further, by defining the critical non-functional requirements (e.g. privacy, performance, data compliance, stability & availability) and by determining the essential steps (e.g. processes, frameworks, tooling, blueprints and/or migration paths). You maintain an architectural knowledge repository (on applications, data & processes) including the relations and dependencies on other domains. Profile You have a Master degree and 5 years of relevant experience. You’re an excellent communicator, tuning your delivery to your target audience, i.e. from engineer to C-level executive. You’re a team player and a bridge builder between different departments. You’re fluent in English. Dutch knowledge is beneficial. You’re flexible and you’re eager to learn new technologies. You have experience in translating business needs into End-to-End solutions in a large and complex environment. You have a technical knowledge of architectural methodologies and standards, such as: TOGAF, Zachman framework, Enterprise Application & Integration Patterns and technical models (e.g. Archimate, TMForum eTOM & SID). You have affinity with the telecom sector, an agile working environment and/or technology such as Pega, the Adobe Marketing Cloud, NLP & AI/ML platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
