Human Resources Officer

At Camfil Belgium we are looking for a Human Resources Officer, reporting to the Finance Director, to lead and coordinate all HR and office activities while providing guidance and support to the Managing Director, Management Team and all employees within Camfil Belgium. The role fosters an efficient, compliant and people-focused workplace. This role is based in our office in Zaventem, Belgium with a possibility for a hybrid work arrangement after the initial onboarding and training period of 6 months. What you will do: Oversee and maintain HR systems including the EMEA HRIS, payroll administration (SD Worx), and absence tracking tool (HRSS). Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of all employee records. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR tools and systems, such as HRIS-payroll integration, implementation of the HRIS Recruitment module and the Camfil Job Framework. Supporting overall group HR initiatives and needs. Set up, maintain and update HR company policies and internal procedures (e.g. car policy, benefits). Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, FLA tool, coordinate the rollout of the Mobility Budget initiative 2026). Manage the full recruitment cycle, including active talent search Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience. Coordinate employee training programs and ensure effective tracking of learning activities. Follow up on results and actions from the employee engagement platform Support and coordinate GEEIS Diversity Audits and related diversity and inclusion initiatives. Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
