Onze klant is een internationale A-speler actief in interieur en bouwoplossingen. Naast innovatie en ondernemerschap is ook duurzaamheid een belangrijk focuspunt. Zij investeren sterk in hun mensen en in nieuwe technologieën. Ter versterking van de Supply Chain divisie, gaan zij vandaag op zoek naar een Supply Chain Analyst, die de operationele planning van grondstoffen combineert met een analytische aanpak en het visualiseren van data.
Wat houdt de rol in?
- Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig plannen en leveren van grondstoffen voor productieplants.
- Maakt inschattingen van benodigde grondstoffen op basis van historische gegevens en overleg met interne stakeholders (bijv. productiemanager, productieplanning).
- Volgt het verbruik van grondstoffen nauwgezet en past de planning aan waar nodig.
- Bedenkt creatieve oplossingen in onvoorziene situaties zoals schaarste of plotseling hoger verbruik.
- Ondersteunt de Purchase Manager bij onderhandelingen met leveranciers.
- Zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om kosten te besparen.
- Neemt actief deel aan optimalisatieprojecten.
- Werkt efficiënt met data uit verschillende bronnen en maakt deze inzichtelijk met PowerBI.
- Breidt bestaande datasets uit met nieuwe databronnen en functionaliteiten.
- Bouwt relevante rapporten en dashboards vanaf nul in samenwerking met manager en collega's.
- Denkt actief mee over nieuwe rapportages om werk te vergemakkelijken voor jezelf en collega's.
- Communiceert wijzigingen of updates van rapporten naar collega's.
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma. Een eerste ervaring is een pluspunt.
- Je bent sterk in cijfers, maakt nauwkeurige analyses en interpreteert vlot data voor het nemen van juiste beslissingen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt onder druk het hoofd koel houden.
- Je bent vindingrijk in het zoeken van oplossingen en past je planning flexibel aan.
- Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-systemen, ervaring met SAP of PowerBI is een voordeel.
- Je werkt proactief en neemt initiatief, met een positief-kritische houding.
