Service Integration Project Manager | Global Pharmaceutical Environment | Major IT Transformation Programme
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who excels at bringing together people, processes, suppliers, and technology in complex transformation programmes?
We're seeking a Service Integration Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of service integration initiatives within a global pharmaceutical organisation. This role is ideal for someone who can navigate complexity, align multiple stakeholders, and create structure in an environment where priorities evolve and there isn't always a predefined roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading service integration projects across a complex global IT environment.
- Coordinating the integration of services, suppliers, support models, governance processes, and operational capabilities.
- Driving initiatives that improve how technology services transition into and operate within the business.
- Managing cross-functional teams including infrastructure, applications, service management, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Establishing clear project plans, dependencies, governance frameworks, and delivery milestones.
- Identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring projects maintain momentum.
- Supporting operational readiness, service transition, and organisational change activities.
- Creating structure in rapidly changing environments where requirements and priorities can evolve.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
Proven experience delivering initiatives involving:
- Service integration programmes
- Service transition projects
- IT operating model transformations
- Multi-vendor environments
- Managed service implementations
- Infrastructure and application service onboarding
- Service management transformation initiatives
- IT delivery and operational readiness projects
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery, governance, operational processes, and service lifecycle management.
Experience coordinating multiple teams and suppliers to achieve successful business outcomes.
A highly proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to keep projects moving forward under pressure.
Comfortable working in transformation environments where priorities shift and traditional project methodologies may not always apply.
Nice to Have
- Previous exposure to ITIL, Service Management, or Service Transition frameworks
- Experience managing third-party vendors and managed service providers
- Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, hosting, network, or digital transformation programmes
- Experience working within large global organisations
- Technical background enabling effective challenge and decision-making
