Ben jij op je best tussen de mensen in een operationele omgeving, waar elke dag anders is?Als Shiftsupervisor bij Euro-Silo sta je midden in de actie op de kade, waar je teams aanstuurt en laad- en losactiviteiten coördineert. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd ben je aanwezig op het terrein, de rest besteed je aan planning en administratieve opvolging.Een rol voor wie graag een combinatie heeft van leidinggeven, overzicht houden, ad hoc problemen oplossen en zelf de havenlucht opsnuiven.Over de functieAls Shiftsupervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het superviseren en coördineren van de operationele activiteiten op onze terreinen.Je bent aanwezig on the field en volgt zowel het kaai- als silogebeuren van dichtbij op.Je zorgt ervoor dat de laad- en losactiviteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Daarbij stuur je de werkzaamheden van eigen medewerkers, dokwerkers en externe partners aan en werk je nauw samen met de operationele en technische verantwoordelijken.Je bent het grootste deel van je tijd dus actief aanwezig op het terrein en stuurt daar de operaties aan. Daarnaast neem je ook administratieve taken op zoals shift- en personeelsplanning, registraties van reinigingen en rapportering. De verhouding ligt ongeveer op 80% operationeel – 20% administratief.Met jouw overzicht, communicatieve aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidszin draag je bij aan een optimale werking van onze site.Wat wij vragenJe hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.Je werkt graag in een operationele omgeving en hebt interesse in techniek.Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, andere talen zijn een plus.Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet mensen te motiveren.Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en werkt graag samen op verschillende niveau’s.Je bent een problem solver en weet vlot om te gaan met last minute veranderingen.Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid te werken in een ploegenstelsel met regelmatig nacht- en weekendwerk volgens een beurtrol.
