Als GRC Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, ondersteunen, implementeren en monitoren van een effectief Governance, Risk & Compliance managementsysteem. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie en bij klanten. Je adviseert over best practices op het gebied van risicomanagement, compliance en interne controles. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bewaken van de bedrijfsintegriteit en het verbeteren van de algehele risicobeheersing binnen industriële processen.
- Analyseren en identificeren van risico's in bedrijfsprocessen en industriële operaties.
- Advies geven over het implementeren van risicobeheersingsmaatregelen en compliance-strategieën.
- Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van interne en externe controles en audits.
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders over governance, compliance en risicomanagement.
- Proactief bijdragen aan de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen de organisatie.
- Het opstellen van rapportages en het presenteren van bevindingen aan het management.
- Het trainen en ondersteunen van medewerkers in het naleven van GRC-standaarden.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de industriële sector.
- Kennis van OT-netwerk communicatie, OT-beveiligingsoplossingen, het Purduemodel.
- Kennis van internationale standaarden en frameworks voor informatiebeveiliging (ISO 27001, IEC 62443,…).
- Kennis van Risicobeoordelingstechnieken (IT & OT).
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en de implementatie hiervan (NIS2, Cyberfundamentals,…).
- Je bent houder van volgende certificaten of je bent bereid deze te behalen.
- Andere behaalde actieve certificaten met betrekking tot (industriële) informatiebeveiliging zijn een pluspunt.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en in staat om complexe processen eenvoudig uit te leggen.
- De vaardigheid om complexe informatie te vertalen in hoogwaardige rapporten en deze te presenteren aan de verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Communicatief vaardig in het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Voldoening halen uit het opleiden van medewerkers.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
- Kennis van relevante softwaretools en systemen is een troef.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
